On Demand Customers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of On Demand Customers, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

On Demand Customers will provide advertising services on behalf of the Client across various social media platforms. This includes creating, running, and managing ads as per the agreed criteria. Our commitment is to manage all aspects of the marketing process, allowing the Client to focus on operational tasks and contacting the leads generated.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment terms, fees, and any additional charges will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the Client. All invoices are to be paid by the Client within 14 days of receipt.

4. Client's Responsibilities

While On Demand Customers will manage the advertising process, the Client is responsible for:

Providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Contacting and following up with leads generated through the advertising campaigns. Informing On Demand Customers promptly of any changes or adjustments required in the campaign.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of service provision, unless such disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is liable for any costs or services incurred up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

While On Demand Customers will make every effort to achieve the Client's advertising goals, we cannot guarantee specific results. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or lost profits, which may result from our services.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by On Demand Customers shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.

9. Changes to Terms

On Demand Customers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

By engaging On Demand Customers for advertising services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
